Well....

I had a friend shot and killed because at age 20 he left a part and was VERY DRUNK so he walked.... In the mean time some kids hassled him and he ran his mouth saying "i'll beat your ass bla bla" the cops came and THOUGHT he was holding a gun up to shoot at them etc. They said drop "it" he didn't comply probably being drunken and confused so they put 10 rounds in him at the gas station on the corner near my house in WA.

Dead.

Who shot first?? Very important.

But still, a shot from ONE suspect does not need a hail of bullets from cops from ALL DIRECTIONS, going God knows where!!!

I bet these idiot cops would form a circular Firing Squad too!!!!

He shot first, at two officers who did not have their firearms drawn. How is that difficult to comprehend?? There is ZERO defense for that. If you shoot at a cop who doesn't have his firearm drawn then you best believe they have every right to light you up.

And what's with the gross-exaggeration about the officers' return fire? The shots did not come from every direction. The photographic evidence for that is already all over the internet. The man obviously posed a threat to society and showed complete disregard for the safety of the general public. He led police on a pursuit thru traffic and even plowed into stopped cars.

I believe the police made an excellent move and reacted accordingly. If they were "idiot cops" who were firing bullets "God knows where" then there would have DEFINITELY been more injuries. This all occurred in thick traffic. The police prevented further injury to innocent bystanders and any other possible deaths by their quick reaction. In the end the only person that lost their life was the only one who deserved to. The ONLY other injury only cost someone a few hours out of their day. I would happily be in that position if it meant eliminating another disease upon society.

The officers should be applauded and treated as heroes. I don't see anyone else doing anything about ridding our lives of crime.

You are missing my point.........

I did NOT say that they should not have fired their weapons.

READ THE THREADS ABOVE. People wanted him dead because he allegedly exposed himself. THAT I have a problem with, and THAT was the Due Process I was referring to
