woah - that 5% tint looks nnnice, but how well can you see out the back at nitetime?

 

I've had 5% tint before on another car - you can see fine. You just don't have to flip the rearview mirror at night to dim the headlights of what's following you.

 

I might be down. You guys getting 5% are crazy... if you stay over 20% you might not get pulled over in the first month.

 

You could paint the rear window black and be legal as long as you have a mirror on both sides of the car. Tint on the side window (driver's and passenger) is illegal. Any window behind the driver's head is OK to tint. That's why lots of people put lighter tint up front - it's an illusion.

my best friend had limo tint all around (except front) on his 5 series. i swear i coulnd't see crap at night driving that thing

 

I am just waiting fro conformation that it is ok for me to set up this meet.

 

so what's going on with this? any word yet?

 

What happen if I provide the stuff with the plastic static tint would they do it then?
