1.the exhaust came with a metal o-ring, i can't figure out where to put it.

2. how in the world do i take the silencer out, it feels like its stuck, i drove around for a little bit to see if it would shake loose a bit, but it didn't.

O ring might be the gasket between the cat and pipe. As far as the silencer, it should just be forcefully yanked out if the bolts holding it are removed. Kind of a guess on both these questions.

Make sure the exhaust is cold before trying to remove the silencer. On my old eclipse the silencer on my apex n1 had to be yanked out when it was hot.
