Default Got tagged on my rear bumper.....

So yeah, I got tagged by a red car on my rear bumper near the license plate crease. It's not dented but it scraped my paint clean to the black material layer in the form of 3 round spots. I don't even remember where I could have parked to get that. I back it in at my apartment and at work.....

Meh, I suppose it could have been worse, but still....just pisses me off now that I have to get touch up paint and do a horrible job at patching it up.

Order the stuff online. You can get spray in the right color, and spray clear coat.

if you got insurance info you win the case when you report it, anytime you get hit from behind you win

parking dent will not cost more than 500 to 1000 deductable

sh-t happends, i have a guy backed front into my front bumper while i had headlight and horn on for a good 5 to 10 seconds, you can only do so much with a tool driving the other car

his back bumper vs my front bumper and i won.

so don't bet on it

Yeah. These dings don't cost more than the deductible and I can probably live with it. However, being how I am, and I am sure a lot of you guys are the same, it kills me each time I wash the car and see those imperfections.

Anyways, if anyone has any information on where to get a kit or some sort to fix this I would greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

as a former painter i wouldn't recommend anything diy

well, unless you know how to use flexible 2k filler and command supreme knowledge of spot repair with a mini detail gun

i have spider web crack in front(tools from parking) and in the back bumper(previous owner's mishap), it never bother me to a point that i can't live with it since it's my DD(unless i want to retire it and use my garage queen for dd )

I'll just wait for another one(which it will come) and get it full painted

but that just me
