I think you should try Ticketassassin. Do the trial by written declaration just to piss the cop off. If he doesn't take the time to respond, you automatically win. Even if he does respond, there is still a slight chance that you can win (yeah right ). Now if you're at the end of that, which is like probably way later then your court date would've been, you can still ask for traffic school. If you're in the fighting mood, you can eve file for a Trial De Novo, and take your chances with the cop in court. But I highly don't recommend going to court, because the chances of losing are a lot higher.
So, (1) go mess with the cop and drain his time and aggrivate him... then (2) go to traffic school.

I've had a couple tickets and one of my friends who is an officer always sugested for me to show up to court. You go to the clerk and tell her you want to plead not guilty you will schedule a date to appear in court. My friend said sometimes the officer is on vacation, busy at work, forgets, and if he does not show up then you lucked out. From the advice i've receive always take them to court. The is a slight chance that he wont show up. Or be like the lucky me that have manage to get out of two tickets with the judge. Just make sure you dress up and be polite to the judge it earns you points at least thats what my friend said, its work for me so far. Good luck

I'm actually not pissed at the cop or anything. It was totally my fault. I don't really mind paying the fine...I just don't want it on my record.
