I usually win with the Trial by written declaration. No losses in 5. What it is when you pay your bail amount, you submit the form that you can download from the dmv website, and explain your side of the case. The officer then has 30 days to write out his side. I usually draw maps and diagrams to show that I'm serious. The more detailed the better. I always use the mistaken identity with another car. (keep in mind most people don't know what our cars are) If the officer is like the others, he probably wrote several tickets that day and won't remember the details of yours. If all goes well, he becomes lazy and doesn't respond.... hence you win and receive your bail amount back.
PS. Pulling the race card, and using poor english writing skills doesn't hurt either

It has nothing to do with "speed traps" that you speak of. I have a good idea for you though, take some damn responsibility instead of trying to weasel you way out of problems.

what're you talking about? it has everything to do with speed trapping...that's the only way that my speed could have been calculated from the aircraft...and like i said before, speed trapping is illegal in california according to the CVC
CHP has used these methods for decades now. It is primarily used in rural areas on the 101 in Central California. Have you never seen the sign on the side of the road that says "Radar Enforced, Patrolled by Aircraft"???
