They have "Construction zone" signs up by my house, and they have been up for almost 1 month.
However, I haven't seen one construction crew work in my area, EVER.
Leads me to believe that they are posting those signs up just to make more money...
Who are we to prove their not going to start working all of a sudden, right?

This one is more close to the work zone violation.
