lighten the mood:
The State Trooper
A senior citizen in Florida bought a brand new S2000
convertible. He took off down the road, flooring it to 80 mph and enjoying the wind blowing through what little hair he had left on his head. "This is great," he thought as he roared down I-75.
He pushed the pedal to the metal even more. Then he looked in his rear view mirror and saw a highway patrol trooper behind him, blue lights flashing and siren blaring. "I can get away from him with no problem" thought the man and he tromped it some more and flew down the road at over 100 mph. Then 110, 120 mph. Then he thought, "What am I doing? I'm too old for this kind of thing."He pulled over to the side of the road and waited for the trooper to catch up with him!
The trooper pulled in behind the S2000 and walked up to the man. "Sir," he said, looking at his watch. "My shift ends in 30 minutes and today is Friday. If you can give me a reason why you were speeding that I've never heard before, I'll let you go."
The man looked at the trooper and said, "Years ago my wife ran off with a Florida State Trooper, and I thought you were bringing her back."
"Have a good day, Sir," said the Trooper

[QUOTE=mugenize_ap1,Sep 4 2008, 08:45 PM] I was going home from work. At the exit gate of my company there was a stop sign. I saw a cop passing by so i made sure i do a full stopped. after he passed by, i started driving towards my route (home). pass a couple of streets and he was going towards my route. he was on the slow lane(right lane). I told myself "im pretty sure his waiting for me and wants to pull me over". I passed him at the left lane since it was 45mph. I turned on the cruise control to make sure my speed is 45mph.

^ I get that but....
So now we just pull over cars all day cause who knows.... maybe one is stolen? Welcome to license plates, no need to hassle people. Most stolen vehicles are found PARKED anyway, not being driven. That's beside the point though.
Police need clarification apparently one what their job is. It seems there is a bit of confusion, perhaps people should find out what their rights are being that your entire life can change in a matter of moments in this world wouldn't it be worth EVERYONE's time to do a bit of research? Then we wouldn't have the issues we're seeing here because a officer wouldn't be as likely to harass a civilian who is armed with rights.
Just the way I feel about gun control, I have stickers on the windows of my house that any thief will know I'm probably armed upon entering my home, they'll be less likely to take that risk, I'll be just as likely to shoot them 10+1 times when I see them inside.
ARM YOURSELF WITH INFORMATION.

What happen if you got pull over and the police asked you to open the hood to find aftermarket turbo installed?
Would you just get a "fixable" or "non-fixable" ticket or possible being towed?

Welcome to the world of bald Mexicans. Racial profiling sucks, and so does this.. but trust me, you can't do $hit about it. It's gonna happen again, and again.
