Make sure u have a body shop put the car on a frame machine to make sure its still square before u settle for what they give you.

I'm no physics genius, but this doesn't add up lol.

How did the Accord manage to flip, without doing more damage to your car?

That is weird......... I hope his insurance wont go after him for flipping his car....

They can go for unsafe wheel fitment if the other dudes insurance really gets picky. Like lifted trucks without mudflaps.
A little OCD if they do but they can try.

Bs though. Dude hit him from behind and flipped. That's his fault.
