Good Italian Restaurant near Newport/Huntington?
Anyone know any good place around Newport/Huntington or perhaps Balboa Island? Looking for a good place that is not too bucks up. Somewhere around $15-$20 a plate.

For the $10 per person try Doria's Haus of Pizza at Adams and Harbor in Costa Mesa.
Good food at a reasonable price. The ingredients are all great. Rick Doria's pizza delivery vehicle is an F-40 Ferrari.
Across the street from the Spagetti Factory in Newport Beach is a little pizza place called The Original Pizza. Again a low buck place with excellent food. I've know the owners for decades.
In West Newport on PCH there is a place called The Spagetti Bender. It is also excellent but will be more like $25-30 a person.
All three are highly recommended.

If its authentic Italian that you are seeking, I would suggest going to my favorite ALL TIME spot. Its called Scarantino's in Lake Forest. 5 fwy right off El Toro Road. The absolute best of the best. Small romantic and has the best reviews in town. Been there on many dates and the atmosphere is puuurfect! Trust me, you cant go wrong. But if its just "whatever" Italian food, you can just go to Pasta Bravo. I am an Italian food freak! I only like great authentic experiences! Lemme know if you go there!!
