Going to Irwindale tonight...
I'm going to take the S down to Irwindale tonight and have some fun in the 1/8 mile. Anyone else ever run down there?
And by the way, what IS a good 1/8 time?

Dont let BC scare you. Many people run their cars and just dont drop the clutch too hard.
Drop it at 6RPM so you get yourself in VTEC
(you remember that story Ryan on S2000 talk)

I'm going to go clean my car out... I don't think the 45lbs of Arrowhead water in my trunk will help my times much. Should be heading to the track around 4ish... the thing runs until 10pm.
I'm going to try the 7k drop that everyone seems to use. The tires break free, so it's not TOO hard on the diff... launching from something like 4k where the tires hook up right away would probably be worse.
