If it's on the top of the fender it may be possible but if it's on the lip, there's not enough leverage to flatten it back out. Regardless, he would have to see in person to be sure.

Are there sample pictures of what types of dents he's able to do on that day? I have some dents that seem to need to have the fender taken off, then hammered out and maybe a little paint touch-up.
