getting gas...

Default getting gas...

so on monday i stick the gas nozzle into my car and start pumping, 3 seconds later it clicks off... wierd... im on empty. so i restart, same thing. wtf? try this 3 more times before i get frustrated and leave with 5 gallons.

bad pump, i guess.


yesterday, different gas station, same story. so im saying to myself wtf!?!?

am i just extremely lucky or could something be wrong with my tank????

this better not happen today...

This means that you have let the gas tank get to low and there is to much pressure built up in there now.... If you were to pull buck on the little black thing that wraps around your tank it would relieve the pressure while pumping.... do this for the first 2 minutes of pumping, then it should work.

Happens up in the mountains too.

wierd, cuz my gas light wasnt even on yet. i'll give this a shot. thanks!

What's the cheapest you guys have seen gas goin for lately? I found a Shell last nite with 91octane for only $3.29 if anyone knows of anywhere cheaper let me know. This was the Shell on Main and Katella in tha OC

I once rented a car that was reading empty on the gauge but when I filled it up it would click off almost immediately. I went to another pump...same story.

Turned out that the gas gauge was broken!

why u gotta thread jack me!?!?!

anyways, yea OC seems to be cheapter that LAC, cheapest around me was 3.35 for 91 at a 76 in el monte peck and lower azusa... perfect for me since its on my route going home.
