Genie Garage Opener (Sucks)
I emailed and asked for a PDF or .doc manual for an old garage opener, and this is what I get:

What kind of company does not have their own manuals? I don't mind paying for the manual, but that's not even offered.

Ha ha. Sure makes you want to buy a Genie next time, doesn't it?
Just so you know, it happens to the best of them. Ask Honda for a shop manual for a 1982 CX500T motorcycle. You won't get one at any price. That was the first factory turbocharged m/c and it was only produced that year. Honda ran out of manuals over a decade ago and never reprinted. Not every Honda dealer's service dept has that manual!
I asked American Honda for permission to buy a xerox copy a fellow owner had for sale. They gave me that permission, in writing!
