This is the same header that Mingster sold on s2ki in July:

https://www.s2ki.com/forums/showthread.php?...?threadid=71569

As you can see from Mingster's info, this is a ceramic-coated Spoon header (the only kind of S2000 header they've made, for those of you who say there are 4-2-1 vs 4-1 variants).

Here are some pictures that I took 5 minutes ago:

Since I never got around to installing cause my mechanic friend is always busy, I am asking exactly what I paid Mingster, $700. (If you want to pay more, by all means go for it!! ) This is a pretty damn good deal and I wouldn't be parting with this if I still had a job.

As I alluded to earlier, it's currently NOT installed on the car, and does not come with a gasket. I am currently only open to having someone come pick it up from me, or delivering it to someone in the LA or OC area. As I also alluded to, I am not a mechanic and am not offering my help to install it in the buyer's car. (Sorry) Payment must be in CASH.

Note: There were a couple very interested local people when I had a knee-jerk reaction to my layoff and I started to offer this header for sale but then changed my mind. (Now I'm changing my mind again.) I'm going to give those people first dibs if they want, but as of Monday 5pm, I'm going to sell it first-come-first-serve. Post here or PM me if you're interested.

Thanks!

OK - 2 out-of-state people are interested, dunno when I'm going to open it up for them, but I will if no one local is interested.

Wantone, I have no clue about the gasket -- my mechanic friend says that I could re-use the stock gasket (you need a gasket), but I don't know... I guess that would be a question that others are better equipped to answer -- like I said I'm not a mechanic or know this stuff.

Rick, let me know what your friend says.

Thanks everyone! This is gonna pay for 2 tires & a ticket.

Wantone,
You would reuse the factory gasket since it is a stainless steel piece.

it is always better to use a new gasket, and not re-use an old one. Also there could be greater back pressure from the spoon than from stock which would require a new gasket or special gasket. This is just my guess, I would contact Ryan or Ben or Rich and see what thay say.
