won't these brakes change the handling dynamics of the car because of the increase in inertia?

I'm not sure about the handling dynamics of the car and how it will change.

I do know that these brakes are indeed lighter than the factory setup, so you will be giving a diet to the front of the car.
Also, being a 2-piece floating rotor, you will definitely be reducing unsprung weight from the car, which can result in faster acceleration/deceleration.
