cops here in irvine are too lazy to care. if anything they admire our cars also if they come up to you from behind, most of the time the cop wont even walk up to the front of your car and realize that you don't have a plate on

Too bad though. In santa monica, the parking cops can write them now, and you're not around to offer any excuses or 'proof'
