my poor little 4 year old nephew got hit with some illegal fireworks. he was with his mom when it happened so i didn't see the little sob that caused it otherwise i would have beat them to a pulp.
poor little guy has a burn mark and a bruise on his neck from it.

 

Yeah, I never liked idea of doing your own fireworks on the streets...bad idea
