You think a BS/Ba degree will get you any money is these days and ages? You'll need a MS, PHD to afford a home. So many UCI grads are making 10-13/hr doing research. (In N Out pays 9.50 an hr)

Yeah, it's tough now adays. If you don't have a MBA/PHD/etc..., it's about WHO you know and not about WHAT you know

That's why I still need to hustle on the side. I do the whole cork for corportate America thing to get the steady (shitty) pay check (which barely covers the bills) and good benefits (huge plus), but have to do some real estate deals on the side to be able to survive.
