Default Fender Roller

Is there anybody in SoCal that has a fender roller? I may have to roll my rear fenders to fit my new tires and was wondering if anyone here has one that they would be willing to loan or rent for a reasonable fee.

i suggest that you install the wheels first...
if they rub, then get an aggressive alignment.

that did it for my 18s and new lowered springs.

no more rubbing in the back and i didnt have to roll it. have to admit that i do still get some rubbing in the fronts on bumps (but a roller wouldnt help that)!

I do plan to test fit everything first. Are there any suggestions on shops for doing alignments in South Orange County or North San Diego County? I'd like to find someplace that is familiar with the handling on our cars.

Well, the wheels and tires are on and I do get a small amount of rubbing on hard corners with -2.5 negative camber in the rear and -1.5 in front. I could probably go a bit more, but it would probably be too aggresive for the street.

Anybody know where I can borrow/rent a fender roller locally? Tire Rack is booked until March and I haven't heard back from www.fenderroller.com yet.

Am I correct in assuming you are opposed to the Louisville Slugger and a hairdryer?

Are you offering to loan or rent me your bat? I'm sure some people have done OK with that method, but I'm hoping for a little more precision.

You can probably try one of the higher-end places like D2, F1 motorsports, Vision Autosport. They mainly do BMW's, Benz, Porsches, Ferrari's... etc...

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll give them a call and check it out.
