Hey all,

For those of us who do not have the time (or inclination perhaps) to scour the boards to find meets and events, I was wondering if a SoCal-specific web-based event calendar would be useful. I know the site has an event calendar but it doesn't look like it's used much and I personally could care less about the upcoming Circle K meet in Erie, PA.

I did a quick web search and set up a 30-day trial event calendar online and put in the Starbuck's event tonight as an example. I also created a general account that has the authority to post events. It doesn't seem you can request accounts through the site, so PM me if you want your own account for some indeterminate reason. If this is useful, I might be willing to pay to keep this calendar hosted.

So, if you have an event coming up, go there after you start your thread on S2KI, include the pertinent event information and post.
