Nice day. Perfect weather. Jay Leno's McLaren P1 was gorgeous! There was more traffic than I would have liked (particularly a couple of vehicles who either are unaware of or refused to use turn-outs), but over all it was a good day. There was some kind of crazy VW cruise going on and we definitely came across a few lane-challenged GTI drivers (for whom I now have special expletive-laden names), but our crew was attentive and avoided mishap. As Paul so accurately stated yesterday, "It's tough to find a good group to drive with." So when you do, you stick with them.
Speaking of which, we had some last minute cancelations, but they got in touch and let me know so I could adjust and balance out the driving groups. But a couple of complete no-shows...
Vtecaddict and Julioochoa. No call, no text, not even an "it was great fun but we aren't meant to be?" I'm crushed. Heartbroken. I might have even shed a tear...Or maybe that was just dust from the Expedition who dropped two tires off thinking he could really go as fast as the line of cars piling up behind him. Dunno. Either way... bummer.

I apologize about the no-show Roseanne... my plans changed last minute and I couldn't make it. I should have let you know as soon as I found out, but got caught up. Hope it was a fun drive.

for the pics. Scanning though all of them, it looks like he skipped about half of our crew or so. The other run group didn't get snapped.But he got the pizza oven van. Lol!
Vtecaddict: we're good but I reserve the right to pout like a little girl cuz, well, I R 1.
