Enormous thanks to Matt Piercey
After much turmoil and three dealerships I finally got my cars issue correctly diagnosed and fixed. Thanks to Matt, Chris Bruno and the excellent technicians they have there. I should have gone there in the first place. I would have to say that Honda World is the only dealership I feel I can trust right now to get my car done right the first time without drama or BS. Thanks Matt, the car feels as great as she always did. Keep up the amazing service!!

Yup...Matt Piercey's awesome. Got my first oil change today over there. Cindy Lu was a great technician...very professional and friendly. I'll keep going to Honda World for service even though it took me over an hour to get there. hehe.
Matt, I keep trying to send you more clients! One day soon, my deadbeat friends will actually get off their as* and go buy a car!

thanks guys. We do the best we can, but we are not perfect. We do all we can to build long lasting relationships with Honda owners, so if we screw up on anything let us know. We back our work 100% and try to get it right the first time, but if any of you have a problem please let me or my service manager know, we are all human. Some repairs take longer than others to diagnose, instead of throwing random parts at cars to try and fix problems, we do a little more research in order to make sure we get it right. Thanks again for the support. We know that if we do not take care of you, someone else will. So thank you again for you business.

Well, my suspicions were correct after Mike and I just road tested it. Remember Matt when I told you the clutch felt weird at the dealership? The clutch is slipping big time. The clutch engages when you have let it out almost all the way and when you just barely push it in. And when accelerating in VTEC the clutch does not grab all the way. Also under hard accel. the clutch pedal actually moves down a little bit. Not a big deal though, I will call Chris Bruno tomorrow and I know he will take care of it.

the other dealers thought his car was leaking trans so they did something to the clutch, it was actually the brake cyl leaking. now the clutch is slipping, we will see if the install from the other dealer was bad or if it is something deeper than that. We will fix her for you brother. Have no fear, booster will ride again!!!

HAHAHA thanks Matt. I already called Chris Bruno and he apologized (which was unnecessary, it's not his or your guys fault. But I appreciated it anyways). I will have the car into him as soon as I can.
