Nevada gladly accepts being host to the event which draws what 150k people. Chunk of those people gonna need drinks and food and other crap. NV vendors will take the business while our broke ass state pushes it away

California lawmakers are getting out of control. I am surprised there are any businesses still running in this state. Maybe they have short run rigidities, but in a few years commercial areas will be ghost towns.
Considering how many people went to EDC, 1 death must not be terrible. Furthermore, anywhere you go clubbing in Cali. there is at least the smell of weed to go around. There are also plenty of electronica gigs where E is no more consumed than in any other club types. Heck, I think hard rock is way more violent (read mosh pits).

Coming from someone who used to scream his lungs out at hardcore rock shows, they are definitley more violent and there are still drugs going around. I just think its crazy how they are targeting an actual genre of music...lol
This state is going down. And fast!
The city of LA is actually going to hold a meeting in the next few weeks to discuss electronic music. The want to try and ban it from the city....They have even been trying to get neighboring cities to do the same. For example San Bernardino and SF.
