Easy to get away w/ no front plate?
Are cops here in so cal really strict on no front plates? I really wanna take mine off. And I see soooooooo many corvettes and porsches, among other cars driving around with no front plates. What are the fines for no front plate anyways?

I've had mine off for nearly 2 years w/o any tickets (even when I got a speeding ticket, they didn't write it up).
For the most part, you won't have problems unless you have a loud exhaust, tint, or other stuff that will get you pulled over, then they might tack that on. Sometimes they'll add it if you get a parking ticket too.

I would leave the front plate on. In general, the cop might not bother with you if you just had the front plate off, but since you have a loud exhaust and what appears to be a bodykit in your avatar, it will be just one more excuse/incentive to pull you over since there are multiple violations they can hear and see on your car.
I'd rather put up with the slight cosmetic blemish that is the front plate than to have to deal with a cop pulling me over and wasting my time.
just my .02

avoid cops that are just sitting around and meter maids. all by luck. i got one just in front of my own house in a residential area. and another one when i was passing by a stop sign and he was just waiting for someone to do a stop sign roll but just decided to pull me over for it.

Depends on the area and cop. I still got pulled over and ticketed at diamond plaza when my car was bone stock. Even then, there are a bunch of other fixed up cars there and I wondered afterwards if the cop gave them tickets as well.
