it was first rated a 5.8....
sure it was lowered to a 5.4 but the 5.8 rating just shows how strong it felt at first.
and being "used to it" is never a good reason why people shouldnt freak out.

.. lol so you would wait till something hits you over the head and knocks you out before you would run? i dont think you would get very far. think ahead. in those types of situations its better to be safe than sorry.
dont get me wrong.. i was surprised but i didnt freak out either. still, you shouldnt bash on those that did freak out.

Earthquakes are short duration events. Architecture kills people during earthquakes in urban areas. You are better off standing under a doorway than trying to exit a building.
