Default E36 M3 forums.

I've always wanted an E36 M3, Thinking about getting one now, but have a few questions. What's a good M3 (or maybe just bmw) forum to go to?

Reevaluation about the M3

Quotes from owners:

"If you can't or barely afford to fix all the probs discussed in this thread, then you bought the wrong car. Comes with owning a BMW. Even maintenance can be a killer on the pocketbook, let alone the other stuff that should never break."

"the whole car is generally a pain in the ass"

Try http://www.bimmerfest.com/

Buy a Certified Preowned BMW and purchase the extended service warranty. It will cost you alittle extra but is good to 100K. The ONLY thing you'll pay for within the 100K is new tires. EVERYTHING else is covered, i.e., those $300 oil changes, new brakes, etc. Hell, it even covers windshield wiper blades
