I've never heard of KG/MM silver springs, maybe they're the newer colors. I have the Supersports, and they're blue. That drops 15mm. The Racing ones are gold, and they drop around 30-35mm I believe.

I have the Tanabe GF210's. They only dropped 0.8", but the ride feels good and the car feels a tad-bit more stable on off-ramps.
