Default Drop, springs?

Hey guys, I went to the Starbucks meet (In which I met some cool people) last night and noticed that I need a drop, badly. I'm thinking maybe an inch... Now I know a place that has the KG/MM silver springs for $170. I do not know of this company, but I heard that their springs are good?? Is this a good price? Does anyone know how much these springs drop the car? What are these silencer things that come with tein S-tech springs, are they a necessity?

Also what springs do you have, and how's the ride?

Let me know guys cause i'm thinking of putting this on the car tomorrow.

Go for Swift or Eibach. I have Eibach, and it's really similar to stock. Feels good.
