I got a call back from Rachel and here is how it is going to work.

*We are going to have 9 teams of 3 drivers

*We will have the track for 2 hours and 15 minutes

Price of this event will be $65.00 per person paid in advance to me. I will have to give them a credit card number on Monday of next week to reserve our spot. If you say you are in, and can not make it, then you either have to forfeit your spot or get a replacement. I am paying for this event in advance so no refunds sorry.

The date will be Saturday November 22, 2003.

The time will be 9:00am.


She said that they are almost booked until the end of the year so I need to collect all the money by Monday 11/9. I know it is short notice, and I am sorry about that. So here is my address

What I need you to do is mail me a check if you are in and if I have 26 checks in my hand by Monday I will cash them and make the reservations. If not I will destroy the checks and you can void them out. I am not sure how Paypal works, but if someone can help me with that I can also set up a paypal payment.
