If the damage was obvious subpoena you arresting officer, to testify to yours car during your arrest. If you have pictures bring them with you. I'll deliver it for you.

while we are at bad tow companies...

don't use QUICKSILVER TOWING in west LA, they jacked a bunch of my stuff after my car got in an accident, and claimed it 'fell out' (my headunit n cds n other stuff)

Thanks guys.

Thanks Spy.

Post up your bad experiences. I've seen this happen too many times.

Sorry to hear about that. I would go legal on them too just out of principle

On the flip side, I have had AAA roadside protection for 24 years. I have never had a bad experience with them.

Let's all be sure to make some phone calls over to em....

AFTER Xavier gives the OK. We don't want to affect his Court Date negatively. That's his choice.

Small claims:

PAPER WINS (prove it on paper and you win the case) I suggest you make sure you can prove the damage was done by them w/ hard evidence. You need to call 3 witness's if you can have even more affidavits that's great. I'd play it safe and make em pay. Civil court is "more likely then not" rather then "beyond a reasonable doubt" Still I'd play safe as I said and get more then enough proof. Did they tow it and waste the transmission by lifting the front and towing or what?

Sorry to hear man.
