Default DONT USE JAN'S TOWING

Long short, they damaged my car and refuse to pay for they're obvious damages. Steve (the guy to talk to refused to give me last name) I will be seeing them in court.

Did they ever once admit fault or anything like that? Did you ever tell them you were going to make a report/claim to their insurance company? Lots of tow companies always try and weasel out of paying, then when people threaten to report it to their insurance (commercial insurance goes up a GRIP with every claim) they usually change their tone. If it goes to court and you win, hopefully you can make their insurance pay for it so their premium rises dramatically....

Good idea Italia. I contacted them 3 times. They kept ignoring me. Finally they told me they're not driving to Colton to see the car. Wanted me to bring the car to them (3 weeks later) I told them it's too late its fixed. They said too bad, we're not paying for anything. I told them "You will drive all the way here to see me in court".

I'm serious, it's court time. it's not about the money, it's about their attitude and the principal.

But seriously, don't use them, they pulled the car by the bumper and damaged all the bottom and the Vortech water pump.

They are lucky that I super secured my bumper on with bigger washers, or the bumper would have ripped off and came off the truck.

I had to have the car towed home from their yard. They deny any wrong doing. I told them "the car was running when you towed it, yet I had to have it towed home"
