Do a search on diff, and you'll get of answers to your question.

Hey BC, actually I have searched and cannot find if this very specific product MT 90 has been used by other S owners for their diff.

I can find other Redline products that are used for diffs, but not this one... (perhaps that answers my question)

I think you answered your own question. If you can't find more than 10-15 threads on it, don't use it

All you'll see day and night, is LE607 and Mobil 1.

We don't recommend using MT-90 for diff, its more for transmission. It can not withstand the high temperature of the diff.

We use Motul SAE90 or Gear 300.

The MT-90 is a GL-4 and should not be used for diff. If you want to use Redline, the correct oil is the 75w90 Gear Oil, which is a GL-5. I am using it right now, and have used it before.

But as BC said, the LE607 replacement is also really good. I used both and had good results with both. The LE is thicker because I believe it is a straight 90W gear oil. Whatever you use, make sure it is a GL-5.
