Does anyone have a trunk spring tool I can borrow?

I spent a long time trying to put the new trunk spring in that came with the oem trunk lip spoiler, but it didnt' budge. Can someone be kind enough to let me borrow it?

ARE THOSE for taking off trunk springs or do you use them to put them on as well?
