i love spam...food of the gods...
i actually ate a whole tin one time, which i don't recommend...couldn't close my hands or close my eyes for a couple of days

Chopped pork shoulder meat with ham meat added.
Salt (for binding, flavour, and firmness)
Water (to help in mixing)
