most of times yea.... but depends on the characteristics of each Model year.....

99-00 Civic Si resale value is incredibly high!!! but 02-current Si isnt too great ....

i dont know what this implies but i think less supply equals more value law applies here .....

in my opinion...tell him to get what he likes...

06 will have new color option also... some nice high tech goodies attached to the car like traction control but actual HP decreased to 237 or something ... and the wheel doesnt look too good.....

There is NO HP decrease. That's a SAE rating all companies must revised to. "As" watered down as MANY may think this car is, I predict it will Beat all the "s" on the track. Stock for Stock, same drivers.

Unlike the dozens of Chicken Little types we have running around here, I don't think the '06 is watered down either, but why do you think it will be the fastest S yet? Do you think the TCS or the DBW will make that much of a difference? Aren't those the only things that would affect its time 'round a track? And wouldn't you turn TCS off at the track?

Just wondering.

Price drops depends on many factors.

1. Miles
2. Colors
3. User
4. If New.. Is the dealership slow for the month? If they have met their goals, let say, 300 cars a month and you are Mr. 305 coming in, no discounts...

If you are Mr. 295 and they are 3 days from goals,.. Expect a big discount..

Inform your friend that SHORT TERM interest rates, (include cars) are going up. The longer you wait the more the car will cost in the long run b/c of the interest rate.

ie:

New car: 31K Today @ 5.5 %
New car in Dec 2005 30.2K @ 6.2%

New car will save more!!

Hope that helps..

Are they even making the SC430 in '06??? Wow... it seems so old now, and yet I still see them all the time in BH. Good for Lexus I suppose.
