but i am pretty sure that the judge will ask the kids who they want to stay with.
and im pretty sure that it will be a 50/50 custody. Try to find someone that can testify againts her. (like i said its a tough one)

Have you guys seen that family guy episode?
You can just video tape on of the kids, have the kid say No Mommy, No! and throw a chair at her from behind the camera.

I was under the impression that under 10 years means no alimony. Child support is another matter. got kids? you have to support them..and her too. I've never heard of a rule where you have to pay alimony if you make 3x as much. On the gray side of the obvious dark dark money cloud, The alimony is tax deductible.
