his soon to be ex wife has been cheating on him cause.... well shes a whore... not hating, its just the way it is.

between them, there is her older daughter not my bro in law's kid, and then they have two kids between them (2.5 yrs old and 6 yrs old)

they have been married for about 10 years.

im curious, since shes been cheating, can she still file for alimony? he makes about 3x times more than she does.

what about child support? my mother in law watches the two kids about 90% of the time and then the rest is by the dad..... shes probably one of the worst "moms" i know. doesnt do jack for the kids.

if she trys to deny that shes been whoring around, would he need proof to keep from paying alimony, if that was the case?

 

From what I've heard, California is a no fault state so even if she cheated on him she still has a chance of getting alimony. But there's always a chance in court for stuff like that. For custody of the children, he could argue that she is a bad role model and example for them and he should be able to win that.

 

^how do we prove that shes a bad mother besides testimony from people?

her 6 year old daughter can talk about it, i guess that would work against her

although that slut bag has been buying her crap like make up, getting her nails done etc so that she could get on her good side...

 

oh, also, they got married in las vegas... will that make a difference?

 

*10+ years = she gets half

*He makes 3x more = she gets paid

*If she has the kids more time than he = she gets paid

*Doesn't matter if she cheated, court doesn't care.

as far as the two little ones go, she never watches them. maybe an hour a week?

rest of the time, its my mother in law 90% of the time and my bro in law about 9.75% of the time...

 

as far as custody mothers will always have the custody, unless he can prove that she is an unfit mother. (which is very hard to do)

for alimony, Yes he might have to pay. its really tough its case by case.

i dont know how else she can be unfit...
