I've been to the one by TS Emporium and New Capitol in Life Plaza. I'd have to say I like New Capitol better.
It wouldn't be an authentic Chinese place if it didn't have bad service.
They closed down the Sam Woo that offered Dim Sum, it's Coconut Bay now... They still have the Sam Woo where you can buy dead chickens and ducks though...

^thats what i thought, i know that sam woo with dim sum was no longer there... i guessed that people were just talking about the other side of sam woo, perhaps they sold dim sum.
i went to harbor today by 99 ranch... i got to say, their shu mai (shrimp & pork) was pretty good....
whos got the best shu mai?
