From the way the article is worded, the cost is to keep the federal government running. I think that's a pretty worth-while agenda.

The earmarks are only around 1% of the total bill, and they include opening trade with Cuba and restricting commercial trucks from entering the US border. I'm gonna have to agree with both of those moves.

 

They're giving out to much money and have no idea where it's going. There needs to be a monitoring system in place to make sure that this money (and any company getting the money) is doing right by it.

I don't like the government getting involved in people/companies business, but when you give someone money, you expect them to do something with it.

I mean how about the unending welfare that we are back into again.... now people like octomom never have to work again.

We used to have at least a limit on time for welfare...now it's a free for all again, welcome to socialism AGAIN. Socialism really means, the hard working work harder to reward the useless and lazy.

they have now a bill to ban ALL semi-automatic rifles and to re-register all firearms in a federal database...along with some other anti-gun bills so they can sneak it in.

 

Screw that damn liberals. I hope the NRA fights this, they are a mighty organization.
