delivery windshield replacements?
hey I was wondering if anybody knew of any windshield replacement shops that actually drive to your place to replace your windshield? i'm too busy to drive somewhere to have it done... thanks

I thought a lot of places did that - I had my VW bus done at a GREAT price in 2001 by the company at this number:

Danny Levy (626) 255-4338. He'll come to your place, he does excellent work, and he's much cheaper than a Honda dealer or a glass shop. He's replaced my windshield twice (don't ask) and my wife's once. Tell him George Johnson referred you.

ouch... even $425 is alot... i was thinking it would be somewhere around $200-$300.... im trying to sell my S2K for a Boxter... bleh.. now its gotta wait...

i had my front windshield replaced for 250 with ppo glass and moldings with lifetime warranty. they're in oxnard though. dunno if they would go that far to chino. i'll look for the number and pm it to you.
