Default Damn Red light Cameras

Have any of you guys ever caught a red light ticket from the intersection camera? I know...what a bonehead I am.

How about if I wasn't driving my own car? Out of state license plate?

Any input is appreciated!

yes i got one driving my boyfriends moms car in glendale! STUPID CAMERAS..

caught me passing the red light and on my stupidd phone! LMAO.

HAHAH i heard if you pay extra on ur ticket like for example:

say the ticket is 400 and i u pay 401. they issue u a check bak for 1dollar.

i heard if u dont cash that check for a year that the case gets closed and never appears on record.

nvr tried it. but anyhow the person that owns the car is gonna get the ticket. and its gonna show up with ur picture on it. who ever owns the car is gonna have to send the letter back with the correct information of the person who drove the car.
then the ticket gets sent to you. i believe the ticket i paid was $419 not including traffic school.

actually, that's incorrect.

the owner of the car is NOT obligated to give up the information of the real driver. however, the letters that DMV or the courts send will be very threatening and may suggest punishment for holding back such information. but you gotta hold your ground.

so, in other words, the owner of the car does not need to pay the fine, and does NOT need to tell who the driver is, and only that it is not him. i know, because my friend went through exactly the same thing--he drove his dad's car but ran the light. did the research, and this is what he found. it worked.

(ps--my disclaimer: do this at your own risk. do your research first--laws could have changed.)

um, so to answer your question--no one has to pay anything. but again, google this stuff... my friend figured out the procedure from info on the net.

^In glendale there's one on glendale and broadway, one on colorado and central (the one you're talking about), and one on mountain and verdugo.
