its holiday weekend, it will be very crowded up there, and cops every where

Yeah way too many ppl. I was there at 4 am a couple nights ago and there were cops. Luckily they were busy with another car on a turnout.

I'm sure conditions will not be optimal, due to the recent rain. Plus, the aforementioned reasons all point towards have fun and be careful response. So, have fun and be careful!

i was on the crest wed night, friday morning, and friday night. i don't recommend going on the crest when you see low cloud coverage or heavy fog because visibility gets horrible. with the new rain... there is so many rock slides and crap on the road that you will be risking damaging your car in many ways.

i went to the crest on Tuesday testing my new rubber and brakes. It was fun....till i went by the biker under the yellow tarp...kinda took the joy out my ride.
