Wasn't this thread about an unfortunate incident involving a fellow rider? How did it turn into worlds biggest tough guy over the internet contest? Anyhow, this is NOT the way staged accidents are set up. If 2 people are working together to stage an accident they do it without witnesses, not on the 405 in broad daylight and they do it so both parties can make out on it. 2nd people don't use bikes in staged accidents because they want fake injuries (you know, soft tissue/whiplash), not real ones or ones where they can seriously break bones like this. Just because someone has a camera on their bike doesn't mean they are staging accidents. I had a claim with a kid who was filming on his bike, he lowsided and slid underneath of an oncoming car around a curve in the road. Died instantly. Does that mean he tried to stage it? Not really. Plus if you are staging accidents trying to defraud insurance companies you don't go posting about it all over the internet. Shady people trying to collect from multiple policies keep a low profile and they use the same vehicles multiple times (there was a Lexus LS that had 19 claims on it and was "repaired" multiple times for well over $100,000 for example for the same damage on muliple policies). It's a genuine accident as far as anyone can tell and I'm sure she doesn't need people arguing about it. I think the moral of the story is ride safe.

i totaly understand i dono why people are takin to the next level. I dono people out there and the guy in the civic was cocked out or something that he did that so i went from what i saw. No shit i feel bad for what happened. But simply someone needs to disagree not call me an asshole, cuz i can do the same plus more. So i think it was wrong for him to call me an asshole.

Let me explain something too you. I'll keep it simple so you can hopefully understand. A friend could have easily beed killed. You claimed it was fraud. That was one of the dumbest things you could have said on the subject. There for I think you either stupid, and asshole, or both. Deal with it. Freaking 18. You out of HS yet.
