You have to be kidding me to come up with something so farking stupid. Screw you to make such an assumption. As for planning to wreck her bike and run the risk of getting killed on a busy So cal freeway. Your a total asshole for claiming she did it for fraud.
She has a camera because her mantra is to "prepare for the worst and expect the best" - that's why she also wears full leathers every day in her 100 mile a day commute.

A dog stfu, sit behind your comp and talk shit like most people do. I say what i say u dont like it just say i disagree. i dono who that girl is, i dono what she does in her life and no one here can say anything about her without knowing her. I saw it like that cuz no way a dumb civic will do a ****in 180 in almost the same lane without usin the e brake and the brake. And didnt u see how calm the guy was. If i hit someone on a bike and most likely the person broke bones id be going crazy, not just being calm and saying u alright.
i never meant she was involved with anything. I thought the guy in the civic was fishy and maybe went after her. Wasnt like the civic was speeding and couldnt stop. Im sure the girl had nothing to do with it, but the guy in the civic was up to something.

Bottom line is the guy in the car didn't really care yes but only because his mind was probably racing a mile a minute trying to think of ways to get out of being at fault for the accident. The civic came up what he thought was too fast on the car in front of him, slammed on the brakes because he's an idiot and started to turn the wheel and lost it. Biker got squeezed out between his car and the car in the other lane that was slowing/stopping as well. Simple. Bikes don't stop on dimes like everyone thinks...they take just as long as cars and cannot stop as fast as a car spinning out going sideways, that's a lot more friction force than a bike can generate in braking. I saw this posted over on socalsportbike and was amazed she wasn't that bad off. Very lucky she hauled it down and flew off rather than staying with the bike. I gotta invest in a helmet cam now
