I'd leave...in fact, if i got a job opportunity somewhere else, I would. I like having 4 seasons...and rain....and no traffic...and lower cost of living

One person a while back said it best; back in the days in socal you would assume 9 out of 10 people were good and trustworthy, now you have to assume 9 out of 10 are scam artists/jerks. Overpopulation/high price of living/gang infestation/smog/quality of education going downhill in a hurry make other states very attractive. However, like others have said its not that easy to pickup and leave when family/friends are here.

Cali is where it's at.

If I want to stay in the film industry there is no better place for me to be.

If things get dull I'll take a vacation.

Only for a lot of $$ or the right girl. I've worked in most US states and a lot of other countries. None of those places tempted me to move. CA has all of my favorite activities close by. All the rest of the world has to offer is a lower cost of living.
