Cops and Ticket Quotas.... PROOF

Fewer tickets only mean more redlight cameras when THE PEOPLE allow for redlight cameras.
This all comes down to a pathetic weak people who are increasingly more dependent on the gov't in every aspect of their lives. From personal protection to welfare. I belive in less gov't across the board for the most part. I trust my 9mm on my hip to protect me rather than a cop to arrive on scene after I've been bleeding from wounds for 45min. We already pay taxes for the police dept, these tickets are "fees". The difference I see between a tax and a fee is a fee is optional and a tax is not. However if a quota exists that then means that it is not a fee and a tax as there is a set amount to be given in advance. That's now an illegal taxation.... ANOTHER illegal taxation.
It's high time the people step up to the plate in these kinds of areas and make their voice heard at any cost.

I remember asking a sheriff officer, who I go to the gym with, about this whole quota system. He said the motto is "a ticket a day, keeps the captain away".
So does that mean there is at least a ticket a day quota to be met??

See?
That's what I said!
And to think the lawsuits are going to stop...especially since now there is a precident...
Can you imagine?
City gives back $2m to motorists (figure like $100 per person x 20,000 tickets) and suddenly everyone who EVER got a ticket sues the city of LA in a class-action lawsuit...
