Default Comptech Cold Air Intake

I just talked to Comptech. They're just starting to ship the CAI's for the S2000 again. It's been like 5 months or something.

Redesigned for the 06 and a little better fit (their words).

Mine should be here tomorrow. I'll get some picks up when it's installed.

I ordered mine from NOPI (what seems like 6 months ago). Price was 320, or around that. Not sure if there was a price increase with the redesign......but probably so.

I hope the redesigned one has a better sized opening for the hood prop to go in!!! I love my Comptech intake, but not how difficult it is to get the hood prop in and out.

Speaking of which, I should dremel the cover when I get a chance.

$100 hood hampeners from S2X - best investment you'll make, especially if you work on your car. then you can remove the prop.
