What's up SoCal peeps

I have a business trip at the end of this month that is bringing me down your way and I was wondering if there are any good places to eat or places to check out while I am there. I will be staying at the Hyatt hotel in Newport Beach from January 24th-26th.

My buddy and I were thinking about hitting up Disneyland and California Adventure maybe too Is there any good ways to get tickets to the parks any cheaper then the $83 hopper ticket from the website?

Thanks in advance for the help,

Brandon
Brandon,
I live right there. We can meet up. In newport, you never need to leave that area for great food. Flemmings, Roys, and Blue Coral are right there in Fashion Island. For MEGA baller food, go to the Ritz across the street. For people (girl) watching, go to Gulfstream and hang out outside by their firepits. For bars, a great place is Muldoons in Fashion Island, for more people watching go to The quiet woman just down the street in corona del mar (2 min cab ride) and Land mark is just down the street from there. For full night club action, go across town (10 min cab) to Triangle square and hit Sutra and Chronic Taco and Yard house all in one spot.

There are about 1000 other plaves with in 10 mins that are great spots with in 10-15 mins of where you are in Newport. Hit me up and I'll show you around. SoCal people look for any reason to meet, so we can get a crew together in a hurry.

If you are here on Saturday, you can not miss Cars and Coffee meet for the exotics. you got pm for my cell

+1 for the Spaghetti factory and there are 15 bars with music down on the Newport Peninsula with great people viewing

Yep, your right! No In-N-Out here

We just got our first Sonics. I already planned on hitting the In-N-Out so I was looking for other places. Any other votes for the New Orleans Cafe in Hermosa beach. That sounds pretty good

Thanks for the info guys

ENTHRALLED- Yeah DisneyLand is for the kids. I am one so that's why I want to go
California Adventure has some great rides for adults and Down Town disney also has great night life. I'm there once every other month
House of Blues etc

Thanks for all the info guys I am looking forward to this trip.

We will arrive at the John Wayne around 10am on the 24th, Wednesday. We have that whole day to do whatever. I will talk with my buddy and see what he has in mind but I would love to meet up with some of you guys and get the VIP tour We have a conference all day Thursday and Friday so Wednesday and Thursday night are our only times to get away. I really want to make the best of the free time we have.

I am not really into the all out clubbin but I like to hit up the lounges for some drinks and great views(the ladies of course )

I will post more up tomorrow after I talk with my buddy. Also, we might not get a rental car so we would like to stay pretty local to the Hyatt. Unless we can catch a ride with some of you guys

Thanks again,

Brandon

at california adventure, make sure to get on "soarin' over california". That ride alone is worth the ticket for me. You'll wanna get on it over and over again.

You'll have fun at Disneyland, its not just, "for the kids".
I can go to Disneyland every week if I could. It's timeless.
