I think one of the most important things to remember is to use a 6 sided wrench and not a 12 point. That with a sharp jolt from your foot or a hammer should do the trick.

Good luck and thanks again!

first thing came to my head as well

the oem damper has a welded on nut on one side and bolt on the other

usually breaker bar with steel pipe did it for me but for bigger job i used my 60 gallon compressor with 600 lb of tq impact gun
600 lbs, WOW. My bosch one i just bought only has like 165 or something and it was like 300 bux for an electric. I dont want to make space in my garage to buy a compressor but man the tools for a compressor are so much economical lol.

i was watching the guy at the tire shop trying to loosen the welded nut with a breaker bar and a metal pipe.

i was like "WTF you doing?!"

that's what i get for going with the cheapest shop...

Haha thanks, but I quadruple checked that I was turning it the right way. I had to have been or else I couldn't have gotten my wheels and the other bolts off. Also, with my superhuman strength, I should have tightened the bolt more and bent my stock shocks if anything .

I'm pretty sure the bolt would come off if my car was on a lift. But with barely being able to fit underneath my car, I don't have a whole lot of leverage room.
